- Week 2- Discover a balance approached to eating while learning to cultivate an honest relationship with food and your body
- Week 3- Understand how stress impacts our health - and what to do about it!
- Week 4- CRAVINGS! Learn to transform them into something beneficial! Optimize sleep & circadian rhythms
- Week 5- Self Sabotage: Understand why you may have had difficulty sticking to your goals and how to move past this
- Week 6- Nourishing ALL of you. Creating balance beyond food into the other areas of your life so you can feel whole.
- Week 7- Honoring your boundaries for boundless energy. The best protocol can't compete when we don't know when to say yes and when to say no!
